Hey, I’m not famous and don’t intend to.

I used be just like you, leading a completely normal life. I was living in my dream city, working in a great company, earning well, while working 14 hours a day. And yes, had an awesome social life too…was almost a party animal until this happened.

I fell sick!

So sick that I had to take a sabbatical from work, ended up in a hospital with a rare ovarian cystic case. You can imagine the flood of anxiety, insecurity, and restlessness that came with the trying times. What happened next?

Left my job, left the dream city and left the old unhealthy version of me behind. Today, the person talking to you is a big big advocate of healthy living. My motto is simple-while you earn lakhs and lakhs of money, DO NOT and I repeat myself DO NOT compromise on health.

Today, I lead a life with less social time, more routine life. I stay with my family and indulge in home-cooked food. I dedicate the first 2 hours of my day to my mental and physical health. I started working remotely as a Content Marketer for a software company and earned a pretty decent salary.

And as much as I can stay home, I have been travelling to amazing destinations in the last couple of years. And yes, I also learnt to ride a motorcycle and practice yoga.

While I no longer sound like a party animal, I love my life.

Today, in my 30s, I get praised and respected for my lifestyle choices, weight management, food choices, and making health my topmost priority (sometimes more than my relationships, no regrets!).

Cut to the chase, this was my story. And I wanted to ensure your story is far better, shouldn’t start from a hospital like mine.

Hence, I gave birth to KritagyaYog.

At KritagyaYog, I guide women to heal and thrive—physically and emotionally—through yoga, lifestyle changes, and mindful nutrition.

Each class focuses on flexibility, strength, and real-life health issues like PCOD/PCOS, weight management, obesity, thyroid, diabetes, heel pain, IBS, constipation, post-partum stiffness, asthma, stress, back pain, and body stiffness.

What makes it special? Every session includes the practice of gratitude, helping women build emotional balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with their bodies for holistic, long-term wellness.
